PALS 23/24

Pals CPD (training for pupils) - Stride active worked together with our Y5 PALs on 12/10/23 in preparation for their role ahead. They taught them games and dicussed the ethos of being a Playground Leader.  Y1 loved being the model students for Y5 to practice their leadership skills with!

Our Playground Assistant Leaders (PALs) support the midday supervisors at lunchtime.  They are in charge of play equipment and supporting other children in play/activities and sometimes low-level conflict resolution.  They support our Kindness Coaches by modelling kind interactions and support at playtime.
